12:30 PM - Registration for Summer Meeting
1:00 - 2:00 PM - Engineering Excellence Committee Meeting
2:00 - 3:00 PM - Business Practices Committee Meeting
3:15 - 5:00 PM - Transportation Committee Meeting (Speaker: Eric Kopinski, MoDOT I-70 Director)
6:00 - 9:00 PM - Reception/Dinner & Cornhole Tournament - $50 extra fee for Cornhole Tournament. All fees for this will be used to conduct the tournament and to provide prizes.

9:15 - 10:15 AM - Program on Missouri S&Ts Corporate and Professional Education Offerings (Speaker: Islam Ed-adaway, Associate Dean for Academic Partnerships and the tenured Hurst-McCarthy Full Professor within the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering (CArEE) and the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering (EMSE) at Missouri University of Science and Technology)

SUMMER MEETING REGISTRATION:
Members who register for the ACEC/MO Summer Meeting & Working Committee Session by Monday, August 5, 2024, will receive an ACEC/MO polo shirt, but you MUST register by August 5th to get a polo shirt. The earlybird deadline to register to get a reduced rate for the meeting is Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The earlybird meeting registration fee (register by August 13) for members is $230.00; and spouses/guests is $130.00. The registration fee after August 13 for members is $280.00; and spouses/guests is $180.00. To register for the meeting, click here.
ENVIRONMENTAL/ENERGY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
The earlybird deadline to register for the Environmental/Energy Conference is Tuesday, August 13, 2024. To register for the Environmental/Energy Conference, click on the box included in the Summer Meeting registration link. To see the full agenda for the Environmental/Energy Conference, click here. The registration fee to attend the Environmental/Energy Conference is $70.00.
ACEC/PAC GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION:
To register for the 8th Annual ACEC/PAC Golf Tournament, click here. The deadline to register Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The registration fee for Golf Tournament (register by August 13) is $200.00 per person.

DRESS CODE & CANCELLATION POLICY
DRESS CODE: Dress code for the business meetings is business casual. The dress code for the reception and dinner cruise is casual.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be given if cancellation is made by August 15, 2024.
